Job Description:
• New Products Development – Assist product manager to develop and execute master plans from design review to mass production stages. Monitor and coordinate various stage of semi-finished products with vendors including trial sample processes and assembly.
• Quality Assurance - Analyse product performance baseline improvements of product capability. Propose preventive plans and coordinate corrective actions
• Cost Initiatives – Initiate and participate in product cost reduction activities on material/process development with process specialist.
Pre-requisites:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Mechatronics Engineering with at least 3 - 5 years' relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience working in the area of die-casting/stamping/plastic injection.
• Possess excellent problem-solving, project management and negotiation skills
• Travels to Malaysia and Indonesia (Batam) is required.
• Fresh graduates need not apply
